Event Description: This is a regional check-in session for LCC members to exchange ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from one another. This meeting will be an informal and interactive session, grounded in real-world experience, moderated by a member of Mass Cultural Council's Communities Team.
Each 60-minute session will include:
- A brief spotlight on tools, strategies, or examples
- Facilitated discussion with fellow LCC members
- Practical takeaways you can apply right away
This session is for LCC members from the North of Boston, Merrimack Valley, and North-Central regions. It will be focused on recruiting new members and building sustainable councils. The session will be moderated by Greg Torrales.
